I felt confident with your skills in working with my dog Khan. I would have no hesitation in entrusting my pets to you for care, you are certainly conscientious and caring. Paws galore, helped train my pups, and have regularly walked them and done overnight sits. The dogs were completely at ease with Sue and have become good house pets. I have found Suzanne Corgan to be a very trustworthy and reliable person with my dog Joey and I will continue to use her service for the future.. Having found myself in a predicament of being a non-driver and having found an animal I really really wanted to join my menagerie. I had to surf the web to see what pet carriers/transportation companies there were in my area at a reasonable price. I had seen such companies whilst looking for my new kitten. Narrowing my search down by specifying Hertfordshire I found Paws Galore. Within 36 hours between the three parties involved buyer seller and transporter all was literally signed sealed and delivered. It’s always heart wrenching to leave your beloved pet when you go away but Lucy seemed to have relished the experience of staying with Suzanne and her two retrievers. In fact when she next saw Suzanne she was reluctant to leave her! Suzanne also had the keys to our house when we were away and came every day to feed the cats, sort the post and put out the bin etc. She’s extremely trustworthy and reliable and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone with a pet they love! I would like to thank you again, Suzanne, for your over and above help yesterday with the collection and delivery of 24 rabbits from an unmanaged situation. Your concern for all was heartfelt and the rabbits are tucked up, sorted, identified, correctly I hope, and settling well. My vet will assess them all tomorrow and then new homes can be found. Our business is a service that never sleeps, a service that has to provide the most discerning people with nothing but the best. It is an absolute pleasure when we find suppliers such as Paws Galore who appreciate and strive for that same level of service. Our client was left stranded when their rare breed of Saluki puppies had to be exported from the UK. Paws Galore immediately understood the urgency and within a couple of hours they were collected and arrangements made to be looked after for approximately 20 days before they were exported. They liaised with the vets in order for all of the paperwork to be completed correctly, purchased toys, food and even transported them to Heathrow airport at 5am. Paws Galore really did pull out all the stops for our client and it really is a pleasure to see a supplier like Paws Galore do such a great service.
